Were will the 498a case proceed if no compromise arise in the high court or in the local court were she filed 498a

The trial of 498a will always continue in the local trial court and not at high court. and the high court only may quash it.

the case will continue before the local magistrate who is authorized to take cognizance in such matters. generally in metros there are matrimonial courts designated for the same.
