In matters like these, you must go to an Attorney who will be able to give you full attention rather than look for bargain service charges. ( Imagine being in Jail for 15 days unnecessarily!).

the professional fee of a lawyer for procuring anticipatory bail for you and your family member would depend upon the lawyer you hire. sometimes, the local lawyer is more expensive and time consuming and out station lawyer delivers the goods on time with less charges. it is you who has to decide whom to hire.

Even if you get bail or finally succeed in the case, that may hardly be the basis for you to take any action against her. You may better consider an out of court settlement with her.
