Legal Question in Family Law in India
will executed in delhi, india
sub-registrar says that for different properties i.e. for each & ecery immovable property a different will is to be executed in delhi while in the other states a single will may be executed for all the properties. Under what law one has to execute a seperate will for each and ecery property; if I have 15 properties, how it is possible for me to go for 15 times to get 15 will executed with different sub-registrars in delhi. There are about 9-10 sub-registrars in delhi. I think a single will can be got registered with the sub-registrar where i reside,

there is no law which which says that you to go to each jurisdiction and register the will.
please visit the higher up above the level of sub-registrar and file a compliant and you will get a reply to have the registration done, or ask the sub-registrar to give in writing and file a case against him.

Yes, a composite will may be executed for all properties and can be registered any where in India or abroad, irrespective of the location of the properties.

i agree with you but it seems that registrar is not wrong too. there may be some technical fault for which i need to see the details of the properties.

Registrar is making fool to you. There is no law that for each property seperate WILL is to be executed.Your opinion is correct.Execute a WILL and get the same registered with the regisrar of your area. For any other query/assistance you may contact me on my mobile 9873343288

Your thinking to execute one Will of your different properties where you are residing is correct. And if the conerned Sub-registrar is refusing than you have a right to challenged the order of the Sub-registrar. For further Query you may contect me.
