My father is alive and i am the only son. my father doesn't have a will,but i want to write a will in the name of my wife.Is it possible? if yes ,how

One may write Will in favour of any one in respect of his own self acquired properties. However, one cannot be asked or made to do so. It is the desire of owner of the property to make his own WILL. One cannot be forced to make his or her WILL in favour of any one be it may, daughter in law.

Your will is not in any way connected with your father's will.

You are free to execute a will containing your wish list.

The shortest will in favour of your wife may be a one line will saying : "All to my wife".
