will in favour of parents
can a will be written in favour of living parents or they can only be put as nominees in nominations for various ex gratia payments. is there any legal clause which states that will cannot be in favour of parents(being elder in age).

A will can be made bequeathing any bequests in favour of any person,old or young, parents or otherwise.
