what will happen if im not arrested in 498a even my apb is dissmised, and im in different state for 1month but i had put hmop in native to join but i dnt attend 8 hearings , and she had given to indian express tat i had given add to marry again as unmarried with all proof to commisioner, but the female SI is favorable to me since she filed fir , can i surrender in court after 3 months or they will put warrent
