Legal Question in Family Law in India
i will leave my family in the next few weeks and wanted to make sure that i leave everything behind so needless to say, i wanna relinquish any hereditary property that i have right now or will get in the future. the property that i am talking about belonged to my grand mom and dad. after their death , a family dispute took place in which my two aunts and their husbands from father's side of the family, my uncle and my mom were involved. now as far as i know , the 1/4 of the property belongs to my aunt and the rest has been divided among my mom and my uncle. i don't want to dig any deeper into this family matter anymore all i want is to get rid of all this mess by detaching myself away from all this family crap.so please help me make a relinquishment letter stating the above mentioned points in the best legal language possible and also do let me know i have to get its attested by some government officer or not , to make it all legal. when i leave my family i wanna make sure that no one has any reason to contact me aver again not even reasons related to property . so please help me out. all help will be greatly appreciated.

You seem to be in deep trauma and disheartened from your family and its activities but unfortunately you have no share in your grand parents property , And whatever your Mom would get m it will become her self acquired property which means she becomes the absolute owner of it and can dispose the property the way she wishes at that time.
