Legal Question in Family Law in India

Will a minor daughter have rights to her father's ancestoral property,after the father and mother are divorced ( and the daughter is in mother's custody ). If so when can she claim her right ?

If the mother do not marry again then the child can claim the share in the property of his/her father.

I do not agree. Mother's remarriage will not affect children's rights over ancestral property.
