Legal Question in Family Law in India

Will - Own-Hand

My mother wrote a Will with Own-Hand on plain paper mentioned that I am eligible to take all of her gold and money after my father. I am adopted son to them. But my father is not allowing me to take a single penny. She mentioned the bank names only but not the Bond Numbers. Bonds are with my father only. Is it a valid Will ? How can I proceed further ?. At least How can get my share ?.
