Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can you please tell me after a will is probated in Haryana, how much court fee or stamp duty is payable on the inherited property. Is there a slab for this (for calculating the court fee or stamp duty) with ceiling of some maximum amount. Appreciate if you could please help

You have to pay the Stamp Duty before and not after. In each state in India, Stamp Duty is different - so please contact a local lawyer.
