Can any Woman take Legal action under Domestic Violence Act 2005 which was enforced on October 26, 2006, If she Resided between June 2005 to march 2006 with Husband and Family members?

an action can be initiated but the complaint may be dismissed on the ground that when you were in domestic relationship, the law was not in force.
