can a woman come in to live with her husband when divorce case is going husband is living with his parenets and house is not in the name of husband

A women can get residential orders in domestic violence the divorce case of mutual consent is pending and both started living together and cohabited with each other and it disclose before court then court can refuse to give decree of divorce.u had not send whole facts.
