Legal Question in Family Law in India

the woman has oscillating mind she says in court and she has given in written that she is ready for divorce again she change her mind and she gives for the sake of children she wants to live i had given statement and cross was to be done she is lingering on the case can i go to highcourt and get the directions that case should be finished in fixed time.
