Legal Question in Family Law in India

can a women file any case, 498a/domestic violence, maintainence etc., after a mutual divorce is granted under sec. 13/b? i want to file mutual divorce but I am afraid.

Once the matter is mutually settled, all disputes should logically come to an end and nothing else should survive except your right of maintenance which also depend upon the terms of compromise you reach with your husband.
