Yes ,if u r unable to pay court fees then u may move application as pauper

There is a provision under the CPC and not in the family court.

i agree with the advice of Mr. Lovkesh. the provisions of CPC are applicable to family courts as well and the application to sue as a pauper can be filed in family court.

But you can approach Legal Services Authority to file case on behalf you. They will engage a lawyer with their own cost [by govt] also pays CF also
