Does women have any provision for exemption from paying the court fees in the family court?

i agree with the advice of Mr. Lovkesh. the provisions of CPC are applicable to family courts as well and the application to sue as a pauper can be filed in family court.

But you can approach Legal Services Authority to file case on behalf you. They will engage a lawyer with their own cost [by govt] also pays CF also

both views are true.

Either you have to type an application of pauper and judge will exempt you from court fee.

Else you may approach Free Legal Service and get free advocate help, but better to opt first step.
