Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a working girl, want a divorce after one month of marriage because i realize that it cant go longer because i dont love him from my heart and lose all my emotions.i love some one else yes i know i am taking this step but i ready due to some circumstance and now i want because i love some one else from the past three years . please suggest me how can i get a divorce without so much of complexities?

Mutual consent divorce is the best way ahead but you cannot get an immediate divorce.

One is to get the marriage annulled on the ground of fraud or mischief. Or else wait for a period of one year of seperation before filing a divorce.

Why not resolve it?

After stipulated period of separation, by mutual consent, would be the best way.
