Legal Question in Family Law in India
As I am working, I am leaving my kid at creche and hence he has right to get the baby based on her welfare. Is there any possibility to keep my baby with me by leaving her in creche (my job is the only support for me now) if I prove that he has illegal relationship and his mother is diabetic patient, his father is not with him.

Leaving a child in creche can't be a sole ground to get custody.
