Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am B.E working as Lecturer at one of the Engg.college on Temparory Basis.In my family my mother,one unmarried sister,and me are living my father was abank manager but form

two three years he is not living with us as he has married to some other women securtly.the house where we live is on his own name.In 2011 i got married to a girl but from the

of marriage my wife egostic nature started hurting me and my family.her family background is not to good the are all bad peoples.due to this my mother had illness for ever.my wife nature

is unsatisfied,dominant,unrespectable to elder,egostic.she want me and her to be apart from my family and had a new home.but i had responsibility of my mother sister,and she is not redy to have

any responsibility.for one year i adjusted myself with her but she is unasjustable now as she left my home and living with her parents from last two months.her brother gave me an intention

to be have murder of mine as i am not looking after his sister.pls give me an advise what to do as me amd my mother are very weak to fight against them.
