Legal Question in Family Law in India
I was working in Maldives for 2 years. My wife thinks that I had an affair in that country with another teacher from Kerala. Bur there is no such activity. She imagining and started abusing me and called the teacher and scolder her too. I told her not to proceed with such activity. My life was going on smoothly till 29th december noon. Later she hide my pasport on that day and started abusing me. When i requested her she denied and hide all docuements including Fixed Deposit Certificates, LIC policy documents and all documents related to me. She even kept everything in lock and key in my house. She started searching in my baggage for evidence. Finding this I started locking my baggage too. I lossed my overseas job along with stress in the family. Being an ICT teacher, my chances of getting job is during march month only. She said "She has no faith on me" in the presence of Police on 30th december 2010 and refused to return my passport. I even told that "I will give written consent about my returning to India in April and take care of children" in police station. still no change. She even told me that "she is going to see other teacher end and mine too" thru phone on 18th february 2011. Now i have intention to stay with her any more. I am always living in fear in my new job in another town, that she may come and create non-sense. What should I do? advice me.

you have to first procure back your passport and documents to ensure that you have a job so as to take not only your care but her care too. you file immediately a complaint with the police with a copy to the passport officer stating therein that she has taken away your passport and has kept it under lock with key to herself.
I have not followed the last three lines. whether you have to intentions to stay with her or not?
"Now i have intention to stay with her any more. I am always living in fear in my new job in another town, that she may come and create non-sense." Please clarify these lines to get an opinion.
