At this stage, your daughter may be entitled to approximately rupees ten thousand per month; however, the amount may vary as per her age to cover expenses of a growing child's education and other needs as to tuition etc.

If ur daughter is 3 years old then you may ask her expenditures occurred on medicines or feed or playway school fees etc if she is going to school. but if u will say that court will pay as per your husband earnings then court will not consider this point. you may demand as much as you can but as per my experience, you will not get more than 2k to 3k per month.

you may file a petition for maintenance u/s 125 of crpc with an application for grant of interim maintenance. it is upto the judge to decide the quantum of maintenance. it should be in accordance with the life style of your husband.

depends on under which Act and section you claim maintenance for your daughter.
