Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have been working in a private firm in Bangalore for 15 years now. My husband has moved long term abroad and wants me to move with my family. Though I am aware that my husband is money minded and has in the past troubled me for money related issues, I agreed to move with him with kids for the sake of being together. He has been abroad for a month now and he is now abusing me with filthy words over mail and call for small issues like rental agreements, etc. With this development, I am now scared to leave my job and move abroad with kids. I am scared that he will abuse me more as I will be jobless and the thought of it makes me depressed.
Becuase of this, I donot want to move abroad but I am ok to visit him frequently with kids, during holidays and he can also visit us once in 2-3 weeks as India is near to the country he has relocated. But my husband is threatening me that he will take kids abroad and live with them, while I can live alone in Bangalore.
Can you please help if I can take some help to avoid this.
