Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am working in a private organization which is far away from the place where my family is residing.I got married 13 years ago and now we are having a son of 6 years old. In my absence she got some illegal contacts with some body and recently she took my son, leaving my old mother of 76 years of old to her fate and took another house in the same place a bit distant from the previous house. Having encouraged by her mother and other people she is staying with my son there. She took the furniture and other valuables from the house when I wasnt there. Now her people are not letting me see my son when I go to my place on some vacation. She has left a couple of weeks ago. Shall I take possession of my son or shall I get any order from the court (with out going through the entire legal process for a long time) demanding me to send my son to stay with me for some time? She knows well that I adore my son very much and so she is creating emotional blackmail by not letting me spend some time in her absence. She allowed me to see him going to her place but not letting me to take him to my place even once. Please let me know how can I obtain permission in the court to take my son with me to my home for staying with him for some time and return him to her later.
