How to write a format ?
Written Statement to the petition of Divorce
My wife had written 5 pages in her petition with False allegations.
My lawyer is telling No need for me to write big long Written statement he will draft it on the same day or one day before date is 23th July.
He says simply unnecessary time waste for drafting. First day in court just nominal some signature, Later after second date if my wife lawyer comes for mutual consent. That time we will have to change statement so time waste.
So please guide me.Whether I have to reply her with 5 pages or not.

you can deny the allegations by your wife and explain shortly the facts indicating why you deny the same.
you may see another lawyer in your area and ask him to draft the reply in case you are not satisfied with the reply prepared by your present lawyer.
