Legal Question in Family Law in India

my name is xxxxxx i stay with my mother...in my mothers fathers home (grandfather).my mother is a housewife she wont do job anywhere...but my father is BE in civil enggineer and he had done LLB and now in LLM 2nd yr..but he wont take our responsibility...now m 20 yrs old can i fileout case againts my father that he should pay half fees of my education..and even he should provide arrangment to stay..now my others brothers wont allow us to stay in my mother fathers home...so how can i fileout case for my staying arrangment on my father..he as his home which almost cost 1.5 corers..3BHK flat...plzz help me out on this problem..and tell me on which act basis i can put case on my father

You may file a case under the Domestic Violence Act.
