Legal Question in Family Law in India

y birth date is 12.08.1971, I married in the year 1996 to a minor female whose birth date is 05.10.1979. it has gone about 16 years since we married. We have 1 10 year old child. Now we have break up. What is the legal status of our marriage. What if it goes for divorce in court of law ?

the girl was 17 years old at the time of marriage. you may see a lawyer along with the relevant proofs viz her certificates etc. for an appropriate legal remedy. read more on your marital rights on my website www.karvai.in.
