Legal Question in Family Law in India

Yesterday was my ex parte date.

i have filed a divorse case last year march....and my husband is in abroad, he never came to any calls in the court but his lawyer represented him. last december we had to go to the court. my lawyer reprent me, but fromhis side no one came..so my lawyer had requested an ex party dted for 12th Jan, thatis yesterday. so i went to the court and lawyer stated my issues infron of the judge. so then the judge had given me the order as exparty divorse and given me 3months time to get the divorse decree. my question is wetaher there willbe any problem occur during this 3 months time period. wetahe rmy husband can come back with a lawyer?when he willbe notified abt this order which was given yesterday?pls reply...im very upset

your husband may challenge the ex parte decree even after it has been made absolute. you can only control your acts and not his and need not worry much. your husband may be wanting the divorce thats is why he did not let his lawyer appear and allowed you to take an ex parte order. have patience.
