Legal Question in Medical Leave in India

Now my DVC case is running in next session there is a cross examination. Now

recently my son is suffering from diariya and Jaundies for that i spent nearly 10,000/-

all expenses and my maintenance is giving by my parents. Can directly explain

and can i show my son medical report to judge.

If i ask for divorce shall get maintenance and my son maintenance?

You should be entitled to claim maintenance for both during pendency of proceedings as well as after divorce.
