Legal Question in Medical Leave in India

I married in 2008 at arya samaj new delhi.in feb 2008 my wife was pregnant for one month.after marriage my wife told every thing to her parents. but they were fully against the marriage.and forced her not to come to my house.gradually six months completed.and one day they got to know about her pregnancy. they took her to many hospital so that the pregnancy cleared. but all doctors had denied .in sep 2008 they had taken her forcefully to near by hospital and the baby was aborted without my consent .and taken away some where .at around 9am she called me and told that my parents had taken away my baby.i went to that particular hospital there was no such record.now her parents r trying to marry her wid another guy.without divorce.i have certificate , photographs, of my marriage.and medical reports of her pregnancy of six months.now tell me how can i get my baby and my wife. whenever i tried to talk to them .they threatened me to kill both of us.

Who is stopping you to file a criminal case against them?

The act which was committed is an offence and this is punishable under law.Lodge FIR and initiate the matter so that they would be restraint from doing further act.
