Legal Question in Medical Leave in India

Noise polution

I live in a village, suffering from migraine. Some persons use loudspeaker for jagratta at night. I am unable to sleep. Can I take any legal action against such persons.

Yes, you may take appropriate legal action; but the authorities may be slow in interfering in a religious affair. It may be better if you could try to reach an amicable settlement with the residents and persuade them to help you out.
