Legal Question in Medical Leave in India

Hi Rajiv,

Thank you very much for your reply. Son is paying Rs.5000/- per month. Parents are demending for Rs.12000/- per month. Son is earning nearly 36000 to 40000 /- per month. Son is having home loan on his name and paying EMI Rs. 22000/- per month and monthly expences 10000/- per month (4 people). Son wanted to do some savings to do early payment of his home loan.

Now please explain me how much the son has to pay as maintenance.

i think, in these circumstances, a payment of Rs. 5000/- is fair enough. do the parents have any source of income viz. rent, savings, interest etc.
