Since your father is alive, you may not be entitled to claim any share in his property. However, if there is any property inherited by your father from his father, you may seek its partition and claim your share.
Dear Sir,
See whether said property has comes from your grand father, if not the same, then you cannot demand any property when your father is living. Ok ?
Thank You,
