Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
1. My grandfather has three wives.
2. First wife has 1 daughter and 1 son (My father). She died 50 years ago.
3. Second wife has 1 son
4. third wife has two daughters.
5. My grandfather has ancestral property.
6. He divides the property into 3 shares. 1/3 part is registered as settlement deed to second wife's son.
7. another 1/3 part is given to third wife's daughter thro settlement deed.
8. (1/3) part is left without any registration.
9. Could my father can claim to cancel the settlement deeds given to second wife and third wife as he has not been consulted before registering settlement deed.

your father had equal right. he may therefore challenge the settlement deed
