Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
1. Is patta a valid document in case of a civil dispute to prove the ownership of the property?
2. Whether a registered gift deed executed by father in law to daughter in law for unspecified half share of land is legally valid ?
3. whether father in law can execute registered gift deed to his daughter in law with a condition stipulating that (she can only enjoy the property, has no power to alienate, to be given to her male heirs after her life time) is legally valid, if so whether we can call it a conditional gift?
