Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

We are 5 sisters and 1 brother. All sisters are married except elder sister. Mother and elder sister is staying with brother at Motilal nagar (I). Mahada house is on mother and brothers name till 2004. Mother is illiterate and brother has taken her signature on papers without her daughter�s presence and also has faked a signature of daughters etc and submitted in Mahda office, Mumbai... And transfer of Mahada rent receipt on his name. Now house is in his name. He is not willing to keep mother and sister with him.

Wanted to know, what should mother and unmarried daughter should do in this situation. Can they have right to claim on property? Can mother and daughters(unmarried and married) can get a share on said property.

What is the procedure for the same...

Please help...

She may approach the MAHDA authorities and inform them about the fraudulant transfer. she may approach local police. if nothing works, a civil suit may be filed.
