Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I am 30tr old. My brother got married 3 yrs back(2007). then they are seperated from my family(means from my father, my mother they are living with me). 1 1/2 year later we found that he use borrow money from so many people and struggled for money in his business. recently he left from home. so far we are unable to find him. but his wife try to put som cases against my parents and me. even though they are living seperately she try to put 498 case and other cases like parets kept their son and not showing like that. please help on this?

file an application for grant of anticipatory bail the day you receive notice for appearance by crime against woman cell or when the f.i.r. is lodged.
You may need to pursue your rights diligently and seek appropriate protection through a lawyer.
