Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
i am 25 yrs old and got married last April.Now i have realize that my marriage wont work so i want to know if and when i can file for divorce and on what grounds.I also wish to seperate from my family as well.Can i file a case on my dad to get leagally what is mine.
further would like to inform that i live in a joint family all the property is self acquired none of it is inherited.
and another concern being,im a heavy user of marijuana,citing this as a reason can i be legally denied from acquiring what is rightfully mine

I have answered your queries in detail. Engage a lawyer .
in case it is self acquired property, you may not have right in that property. you can claim partition of ancestral property and not self acquired one. your habits have no bearing on ur claim.
