Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Need advice on a civil appeal pertaining to service matters:
A case pending in Supreme Court for over 8 yrs though hearing was once completed. Judgement date was given an year ago and one of the Judges in the bench withdrew from the case requesting relief from part-heard. The bench again constituted case and the case is being listed for hearing but is never coming up for hearing. Please advice on how to proceed on this matter as the people affected are put to injustice and some of them have retired from service in the meanwhile.

you may send in the details of your case and the status of the case can be found and conveyed to you. the matter must not take that much time and i assume there is some technical flaw in the petition.
