There is eligibility of age, requirement of ID and address prrof, giving notice of marriage to registration officer, 30 days time for others to complaint etc. I would advise you to meet marriage registration officer about all such requirements
You can get marriage done in the registrar office. There is nothing called court marriage. Done get yourself confused.
in case the other requirements are met, you may perform the court marriage with help of a lawyer.
