whether an advocate registered in a state can practice in other state as advocate?

yes, effective 15th June 2011, amendment in the act has been notified and one can practice any where in the country

As per the new amended bill in the Parliament, and with the effect on 15th June , 2011, practice can be possible within India at any Court of its ambit.
