Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
An agreement took place between plaintiff and defendants and the plaintiff has paid Rs.4.5 lacs to the defendants against the amount of Rs.6 lacs and remaining amount was agreed to be paid at the time of registry of the house as per the agreement. This agreement was made between the parties before ten years. Whether this agreement is enforceable after expiry of ten years or not ? AND Court fees for the enforcement of the agreement is payable or not ?

no, the agreement is not enforceable by law as 10 yrs have elapsed and the law of limitation states the time period to be 3 years only.
