ancestral property rights

ancestral property inthe name of grand father - expired

father - expired

alive:

second wife : 1 share

second wife's sons : 4 shares

first wife's son: 1 shares

pl clarify how the property to be distributed among the above six persons, and also whether second wife is eligible for her share if so what is the share?

it depends upon the various facts. The second married wife gets nothing . However the children and first wife would get equal shares
