i am from Andhra Pradesh

i(Daughter) got married in 1977 in 1995 my father given 2 akars from his self acquired land as gift deed,i got passbook, and iam holding position on that. but in 2006 he executed cancellation deed on that without knowing me. and again he registered that land to his grand child(son's son). it was registered in subregistrar office. But they didint submitted it in revenue office for rights.

may i know wheather he have right to cancell giftdeed, What is the impact of cancellation, Wheather his grand child will get any rights on that land. if so what should i do to get that land.

and what happens if they submit that reregistered documents along with cancellation deed for rights in revenue office and how can i proceed further.

It cannot be cancelled unilaterally. Both parties are required to cancel the same. Your right remains intact. Grand Child shall have no right.

Can you scan the copy of gift deed to know whether it was irrevocable gift deed or not ?
