Dear Sir, Ma'am,
Usually jurisdiction for appliying the Succession Ceritificate is the District Court, present an application for succession certificate under the Indian Succession Act 1925, that it should consists death certificate copy and moveable document copy in relation with availing the succession ceritificate.
