Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
An association of multi story building decided after getting due money allotment from General Body to enhance pumping out of ground water emplying bigger vessels and purifying the same for general use by members. Funds were drawn for the purpose from the interest accumulated on Corpus Fund collected from each member of the association. Can the enjoyment of such purified water be denied to members who had not contributed towards corpus fund by not feeding the water to respected flats?

Was the corpus fund collected solely for this purpose? Why some members did not pay? Any objection/ correspondence from them?
