Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
On what basis we can file the civil suitelike during criminal proceeding nothing was recovered.
Will it will be helpful to get our money back or just wait of time.
Like riminal proceeding is going on under section IPC 420,467,471 & 120B 465 since one year & plaintif was arested & got bail after six months. is there any alternative or if we file the case can we expect some recovery or just wait of time.
