is it benefital to goes with advocate on the date of hearing,even if power of attorney given to him?

it certainly is beneficial as compared to not going at all. You know for sure as to what exactly is going on. If there is any thing further required to be supplemented, you may do so. You have one case, the lawyer has so many cases to work on.
