my birth was in kerala..til 3rd std i was in maharashtra and till 12th std i was in daman[union territory] n i completed my graduation in gujarat
and am presently workin in dadra nagar haveli[ut] now how do i get a nationality certificate. im not having domicile of any place..n nationality certificate is mandatory for my futher studies.
I Hve been living in Dadra Nagar Haveli since 1 year. here the mamlatdar has refused to give the nationality certificate even though i submitted and application with all my details and along with attested copies of my birth certificate of kerala, voters card of dadra nagar haveli and my appointment order as i am a central govt. employee on a short term contract basis

Ask to know the status of your application under the Right to Information Act.

If the application is rejected, then challenge the same in the High Court by way of writ petition.
