Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
we bought 4 acres of agricultural land 15 years ago at(A.P) now the seller is claiming that he had sold only 2 acres of land out of 4 acres and started interfering in the land.
We are having land holding pass books which is signed by the SUB-REGISTRAR.
Please suggest what legal action can be taken against that person

Was a proper Conveyance for the land executed? If yes, then get the land demarcated based on the Conveyance. Had you taken possession letter from the Vendor or not? If yes, then you can make a complaint against him Civil as well as Criminal. Contact a local lawyer for appropriate guidance.
