Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
I had bought agricultural land from a lady who got the land self acquired by her late husband,and she has two sons one of the son joined with her in signing the sale deed,now after 7years the second son is claiming a share in the property.at the time of purchase we were told that husbands self acquired property after his death it's legal hire is only his wife and the sons will get the right after her death,please clarify?

Dear Sir,
Is self acquired property that you bought from a lady is whether a testamentary property or intestamentary property or gifted property (Agriculture Land) ? clarify this to answer your question, okay ?
