Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India
Two brothers, A aged 75 and B aged 80, are joint landlords of a building.
Both have mutually agreed that B will release all his rights & share as landlord in favour of the other i.e A. in in exchange for an agreed sum that A will pay to B
What documents will need to be executed to keep the stamp duty and registration, if any, as minimum as possible ?
eg.
Settlement Deed ? or Deed of Conveyance or Partition deed ? gift deed ? or any other ?

this will depend as to how both A and B became joint owners of the property
